Like many of you, I read Local Tech Wire and Triangle TechJournal regularly for regional tech news. A couple of positive changes to share for those that don't know:
First, Triangle TechJournal (which I have written for monthly for a couple of years) is launching TechJournal South covering all major technology and life sciences news from DC down through Florida. As part of the launch of the new publication, my regular column that appeared in TTJ will now appear in TJS. If you live in the Southeast, make sure you stay plugged in and get your free subscription.
Second, Local Tech Wire which covers tech and life sciences news in RTP and Atlanta formally announced yesterday that they were acquired by Capitol Broadcasting creating WRAL Local Tech Wire. Rick Smith shared the news with the crowd on hand at last night's TechExec and he was all smiles! Here is a picture of some of my partners at last night's TechExec which is a quarterly networking event for executives sponsored by SAS, Cisco, my firm and others locally.
With both of these key changes, readers will soon see much improved coverage of technology and life science companies throughout the Southeast.
Local Tech Wire really needs to add RSS feeds...
